The mid-priced Yasei AX Zander River Jig rods are deliberately longer than vertical jigging rods for better casting performance.
Specifically designed for zander fishing with jig heads and softbaits on rivers, they are just as effective on canals and stillwaters if you want to fish off shore.
The increased workability and sensitivity of the shorter length makes it easy to put a lot of life into your softbaits, and the extra fast action increases even the most cautious take, which is especially noticeable when zander are in a fussy mood.
At the heart of every Yasei AX rod is a High Modulus Full Carbon blank, built using Hi-Power X technology and Nano Alloy.
This reduces blank twist when casting and playing fish, and results in a highly responsive feel that is essential when zander are in a fussy mood.
To further enhance sensitivity and overall performance, the rods are fitted with the latest Fuji Alconite K-type guide eyes that are lightweight and suitable for both braided and mono mainlines. In keeping with the high-quality design, a Fuji reel holder is mounted on the custom-made EVA handle with split grip, giving this series a modern, eye-catching look to match their brilliant fishing performance.
