The Strike Pro Pig Shad Junior is a very successful shad for pike. It owes its name to the pig-like head. But it's the action that catches the most fish. It shakes through the water and its tail creates a paddling motion. In doing so, it imitates a wounded prey fish and triggers bites. We always rig the Pig Shad Junior with a corkscrew/screw in its nose and attach a stinger to it. This way you get a perfect hookup. The Pig Shad Junior is also good for casting.
