Crimping is a great way to make neat, strong connections, especially when you're using stiffer and/or thicker materials that are difficult to knot effectively - plus it allows you to get the length of the leaders right every time, which is especially han-dig for chod rigs. It's always a concern to get it just right when you're crimping something so it doesn't slip or weaken the material, but this Mini Crimp Tool alleviates that problem because it's designed specifically for use with the three sizes of Crimp we sell - the jaws are marked XS, S and L to indicate the slot to use for each size. As long as the Shrinks are matched to the correct diameter of the hook link material, you can use the Mini Crimp Tool to make the per-fect connection every time.
The Mini Crimp Tool is made of mild steel with rubber hand grips so you have a good grip and can apply the right amount of pressure on a Crimp. In addition, the Mini Crimp Tool has a line cutter in the jaw that is useful when making rigs. The Mini Crimp Tool is very compact so it easily fits in your Tackle Box or something similar, but still allows you to get enough leverage to make the perfect crimp connection every time.
